Information about how we handle your personal information

Have you heard of GDPR? It stands for the General Data Protection Regulation Act is a new data protection law that started in the EU on 25 May 2019.

It is important for us at the company that you feel safe with how we handle your personal information. Therefore, we are open to how we collect, process, and share the data we save.

In the information, “you” and “your” refer to the person whose personal information we may treat and who is our customer, represents our customer, or is a visitor to our website, or the member of our Zaree Access investor network. The company, Zaree & Partners AB who manages all the data is hereby referred to as the “Zaree”.

3. What information does Zaree collect about you?

If you request to become a member of Zaree Access, in order to fulfill the request from you are our customer and visitors of our site, you may be asked to provide one or more of the below-listed information:

  • Your name

  • Your social security number

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • Your contact details

  • Your registered address

  • Your business activities (e.g. investments, projects, businesses) through us and the information that you choose to share with us

4. When does Zaree collect your information?

Zaree collects your contact details for marketing purposes through the Zaree Access KYC form and through direct contact with us, by phone or email, or other application forms. We also collect information when you for example volunteering shared more information about you in a phone conversation, email, and in meeting with us, giving us feedback and taking part in seminars or marketing materials.

When you sign for doing business with us, your name, email address, social security number, phone number, contact details and, if necessary, your business activities and further information that you volunteering shared with us will be used for Zaree’s own research and marketing purposes.

5. How does Zaree use your information?

If you request to become a member of Zaree Access, we will collect and process information about you solely for established purposes. These are as follows:

  • Process your order as requested by you

  • Manage and follow-up your business activities

  • Deliver products

  • Send information, news, and offers

  • Analyze trends to improve service and offer suitable solutions

All personal data are treated with regard to the highest level of confidentiality. The collected personal data will be processed, used, and stored for the purpose of processing, the performance of your business activities, and the personalization of services and marketing activities.

Zaree processes your personal information only for the purpose above and always on the basis of a legal basis. At the retailer's purchase of the investments and business activities (e.g. the purpose of processing orders, handling of investments, and follow-ups), we process your personal information to fulfill your agreement with us.

For the remainder or then our customer is a legal person, our legitimate interest in developing our services and products is the legal basis.

If necessary, some of your personal data that’s relevant for the purpose will be transferred to our partners (for example, investments in a company, the same company will receive the personal data that they need in order to process your investments). In such cases, personal data will only be processed and used by the company for the agreed purposes that you agreed upon. Zaree will not illegally share your information with companies outside of the group or the entities that you have direct or indirect business relations.

6. How does Zaree communicate with its partners regarding your information as an existing or onboarding customer or Member of Zaree Access?

Zaree regards its existing customer's information as highly confidential. Zaree uses only code marks in the first stage of communications with third parties or companies that are involved in your business activities. The external companies will access your personal information upon your request to Zaree to engage with the companies. Zaree prioritizes personal integrity and foremost the confidentiality of each existing customer. 7. Registered rights

You are entitled to request information about the personal information that Zaree is processing. You are entitled to request correction or deletion of your information at any time which you consider to be incorrect. You can contact us if you have such a request. However, deletion of your information may halt any form of business activities with and through Zaree.

8. Complaint

If you have a question or complaint, please send an email to Zaree regarding how your personal information has been processed or appeal a decision, please contact us via info@zareepartners.com and please write the subject with the context of the matter (for example "My Personal Data") or leave a complaint with a regulatory authority.
